Well, look who finally made it to the grid. Selena Gomez hard-launched her boyfriend, Benny Blanco, some time ago, but this is the first time she’s posted him to the Instagram grid—which is how you know the relationship is the real deal.
Just a couple days ahead of Valentine’s Day, Gomez uploaded a short carousel of adorable photos of herself and her boo to her Instagram grid. She captioned the post, “My bes fwend.” In the comments, Blanco responded, “Das my bes fwen.” Baby talk in public is when you know you’ve reached peak honeymoon stage in a relationship.

The first pic in the carousel captures a sweet moment in the kitchen, showing Gomez cuddling Blanco from behind as he cooks. In the second, significantly more suggestive photo, it’s Blanco who’s cuddling her from behind, kissing the pop star’s shoulder with a hand on her bosom. The next two pictures are silly moments, because no relationship can work without some mutual silliness.
Since confirming the relationship in December 2023, Selena Gomez has kept her fans and followers updated on the progress of the romance on her Instagram Stories. These posts have included some pretty intimate moments—such as the snapshot of Gomez in bed with the comment “Mornings with you.”
So it seems that Gomez will not, in fact, be “Single Soon.” The song is still a bop, though.
