Lingaro Group’s Warsaw Office by BIT CREATIVE

BIT CREATIVE collaborates with Lingaro Group to create individual and team spaces for their Warsaw, Poland office.

Since 2008, Lingaro Group has been recognized by clients and global research and consulting firms for its innovation, technology excellence and consistent delivery of superior quality data services. Being a one-stop partner for global brands and enterprises, it guides clients through the entire data journey – from strategy to development, to operations and deployment, helping them realize the full value of the data they have at their disposal. The company’s mission and profile is reflected in its new office, located on Pulawska Street in Warsaw, with architects from the BIT CREATIVE design studio responsible for its construction.

Project Planning

Lingaro Group’s c-suite was involved in planning the new office. The executive manager on the Lingaro site was Administration Director Anita Halicka. During the design process, BIT CREATIVE spend many hours meeting with the Lingaro’s representatives. There were many changes in the arrangement and many space plans were prepared. Lingaro had very complex requirements regarding the type of spaces and stylistic look they wanted to achieve. 

Employees were also involved in the design process. A special project given to employees was being in charge of naming the conference rooms.

Project Details

A clear, functional and conducive to both individual and team work division of space was the first challenge faced by the architects from BIT CREATIVE studio. After all, the separated rooms had to be arranged so that each was a coherent part of the whole, and at the same time stood out from the rest. The starting point, therefore, was the company’s mission, its international scope of activities and the profile of services provided.

The ceilings in each room are particularly noteworthy. In the reception area, a slatted ceiling was designed on a circular plan with a perforated frame from which lush greenery hangs. In the game room, an interesting mosaic motif was achieved by using a standard modular ceiling in three colors. In the chillout areas, a warm material was chosen in the form of wood wool islands in a natural color.

The guiding idea of the conference rooms is the cities where the company’s main branches are located. The conference rooms in the reception area are designed in subdued colors, while those available to employees, are distinguished by intense colors. Each of them has its own individual color, accentuated on the ceiling. The Mexico City room can be considered the most colorful, where the figure of Frida Khalo dominates the celadon wall.

The game room is dominated by the company’s colors – shades of purple and navy blue. The ceiling, made of black, gray and white panels, refers to the theme of the room – it resembles checkerboards or pixels on a monitor. Additional elements enhancing the mood are wallpaper from the cyberpunk universe, a neon sign reading “Game over” and a wall decoration in the form of pixels, which also serves an acoustic function. There are plenty of activities for users to enjoy: a game console, an arcade machine, ping-pong, and a fully equipped kitchenette and lounge areas.

Overall Project Results

The entire process was very dynamic. The built and the concept design was held at the same time. Architects, managers and building representatives had to be in the constant contact.

Employees were pleased from the result. BIT CREATIVE managed to create a cosy and home-like atmosphere. The office has many spaces and every one is unique but coherent with rest of them. Despite of usage of the existing furniture, the design team was able to create an entirely new and surprising interior.
